At the Y, we know that healthy lifestyles are achieved through nurturing mind, body, & spirit; wellbeing & fitness is so much more than just working out. Beyond fitness facilities, we provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions as well as offer a variety of programs that support physical, intellectual, & spiritual strength. All Adult Fitness Classes are included with your Y Membership.
Ys offer classes for all ages, levels, and interests from low-impact chair classes and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, and yoga. You’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive, and keeps you moving. Everyone is welcome to our Group Fitness Classes.

We all need the advice of an expert sometimes, as well as the personal attention that comes with a trainer or coach. At the Y, we are committed to helping you reach your potential and dedicated to helping you reach your health and fitness goals. You can change your life today and we can help. Whether it’s shedding a few pounds, working on that problem area, increased strength, better flexibility, or just improving your overall health, our personal trainers are here for you.
Each new member receives one free hour of a personal health consultation as well as one free hour of personal training to help you get familiar with the facility, equipment, and staff.
Sign up for more sessions with our personal trainers and build a fitness plan right for you and help you along the way. We will keep you motivated and ensure you work out in a safe and effective way.
