Aerobics Program
Our YMCA aerobic activity classes use the latest exercise techniques to help you safely improve and maintain your level of health and fitness. We offer a wide variety of classes designed to be fun, effective and safe. Classes are led by certified instructors who are able to gear their group workouts for the beginner, intermediate and advanced participants unless otherwise indicated. All classes include a thorough warm-up and cool down.
