Serving families has always been at the heart of the Y. We provide a place for every family to build stronger bonds, achieve greater work/life balance, and become more engaged with their communities.

Spend quality time and have fun together! Every week we offer Family Swims to give parents and their child(ren) an opportunity to become healthier and happier together in the pool.

Healthy Kids Day is a free community event! Come and join the Skagit Valley Family YMCA staff and other community organizations on a day that is filled with fun activities, booths, games, and prizes! Learn now to stay active, learning, and healthy this summer at Healthy Kids Day.

Healthy Kids Day is an opportunity to ignite children's imaginations and prepare them for a fun, healthy summer. Make sure your kids get the most out of summer in spirit, mind, and body. Summer is the time for kids to get up, get out, and grow, but for some kids, exposure to activities that stimulate the body and mind ends with the school year. In fact, research shows that kids are prone to gain more weight and fall behind in studies over summer vacation. A child's development is never on vacation, plan ahead so that day after day is filled with the potential for growth, achievement, fitness, and fun!

Everyone is welcome to join in on the 5k fun! Teams throughout Skagit County come to run and celebrate their achievements. Support the Girls on the Run participants and program and join in the celebration.

Girls on the Run 5k is held every June and December.

Date: Friday, October 12
Time: 6:30-8pm
Ages: 2-10
Cost: $1 for 3 tickets or $5 for 20 tickets

Enjoy an evening of spooktacular fun at the 30th Annual Halloween Carnival! Play carnival games, win prizes, join the cupcake walk, and get a festive Halloween picture at our photo booth.
