Personal Training & Wellness Coaching
Meet your uniquest fitness goals and explore new fitness options through personal training and wellness coaching at the Y. Work one-on-one with a certified personal trainer or wellness coach to create a fitness program that meets your needs and offers direction, education, motivation, and support every step of the way. Or, work with us in a semi-private setting to improve your fitness and work on your goals in a supportive environment.

Y Weight Loss
Y Weight Loss is a program for adults looking to reach or maintain their wellness goals.
Our new virtual format allows for safe participation from your home.
Our winter 2021 session begins Friday, February 19th and ends May 7th. More information and registration coming soon!
All participants must be over the age of 18.
Y Riders is designed to build confidence in path/street riding and mountain biking. You will be introduced to standard mountain biking skills and learn how to properly and safely navigate this on your own bike.
Participants need to have the skill to ride in a straight line and navigate twists and turns of bike paths to enroll.
