At the Y, we know that healthy lifestyles are achieved through nurturing mind, body, and spirit, and that well-being and fitness mean so much more than just working out. More than just a “swim & gym,” we provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions and offer a variety of programs to support physical, intellectual, and spiritual strength.
Wellness Center 101
At the Y, we’re here to help you reach your wellness goals. With that in mind, we’ve created a Wellness 101 to get you started on the path to success.
Our trained Fitness Center Staff will take you on a guided tour of the cardio and cable weights, show you how to operate equipment, and explain what you need to know to help you feel comfortable utilizing the Wellness Center.
12 to 14-year-old members of the YMCA can use the cardio equipment, the gym, cable weights. well, as to attend certain group fitness classes once they complete a Wellness 101. Once complete, the youth member will be able to work out with a guardian attending. At 14 years old with a completed Wellness 101, the youth can then work out on their own in the Wellness area.

Personal Training & Wellness Coaching
Meet your uniquest fitness goals and explore new fitness options through personal training and wellness coaching at the Y. Work one-on-one with a certified personal trainer or wellness coach to create a fitness program that meets your needs and offers direction, education, motivation, and support every step of the way. Or, work with us in a semi-private setting to improve your fitness and work on your goals in a supportive environment.
