Virtual Fitness Challenge
Our incredible Fitness Instructors have put together a virtual fitness challenge just for you! This is a free challenge aimed to inspire healthy habits that you can do from home that includes tutorial videos with modifications.
What do I do?
Each day pick one square and complete the activity suggested in that square. Squares can be completed in any order.
How do I participate?
Print off your challenge card and cross off the squares as you complete them.
No need to turn in your 30-day change card, it’s yours to keep! Don't forget to share your progress with us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram with #skagitymca.
