Outreach staff work throughout Skagit County to identify and engage youth and young adults age 12-24 who are experiencing housing instability, supporting them in finding permanent housing through effective case management and financial assistance. Staff meet youth where they are at, both literally and metaphorically, and can provide immediate help in the form of basic needs, connection to resources, or more intensive advocacy.
- We’re here to connect with and support homeless youth in finding safe, stable, and permanent housing solutions.
- Highly mobile. We can meet you in the community, at your school, or wherever works for you.
- Long term. You don’t need to be staying in a shelter. So long as you are in need of permanent housing, we can continue supporting you.
- Can provide financial assistance, intensive case management, and help in accessing resources.
