Teacher I, Teacher II, Program Supervisor & Substitutes
Early Learning Center
The Childcare Department is hiring for our Early Learning Centers. We are looking for energetic, loving, creative teachers for groups of infants/tots and preschoolers in our Mount Vernon and Anacortes centers. Morning and afternoon schedules vary from 6:30am to 6:00pm Monday thru Friday. Experience with these age groups and lesson planning preferred. Current CPR/First Aid, TB test, HIV/AIDS/BBP training, food handlers permit and DEL background clearance check will be required but not all certifications are needed at the time of hiring.

Site Supervisor
YMCA Sports Center
The Sports Center is hiring for a Site Supervisor. This position is responsible for overseeing activities including, but not limited to, private rentals, youth practices/games, adult games, etc. Site Superviors must also be able to check adult players into their games using our system. Must be willing to lead sports practices when there are insufficient coaches. Site Supervisors report to the Sports Director whenever a problem can't be resolved. Having a basic knowledge of sports is very helpful, but can be learned if you have the diesre. Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Homeless Prevention Specialist
Oasis Teen Shelter
YMCA Oasis Teen Shelter is hiring for both part-time and on-call Homeless Prevention Specialists.

Work directly with homeless and at-risk teens in our community to support them in reaching their goals as they approach adulthood. High school or equivalent degree required, must have at least one year of previous experience working with youth. This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking to build skills in working with young people or social work.

Activity Guide
Oasis Daylight Center

The YMCA Oasis Daylight Center is hiring for a part time activity guide. Working with youth 13-17 in a residential environment to play games, cook, art, workshops, cleaning, and much more. The hours are Mon-Fri 2:30-6:30 and weekends 11:30-6:30. Looking for people who can work at least 3 days a week and some weekends.
