Our paid Healthy Living Programming includes Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching and is a great opportunity for those looking for individualized attention with one of our trainers. Whether you’re training for a race, hoping to lose weight, or needing some additional guidance on your health and wellness journey, booking a session with our trainers is a great way to meet your goals!
The Y offers various Youth Sports programs for kids. All our sports emphasize teamwork, skill-building, sportsmanship, and most of all, FUN! Individuals of every ability and experience are welcome to play.
