NFL Flag Football is co-ed and open to youth grades 1-8.

    • 6 total practices for each team
    • Each team will have a 1-hour practice session during the following weeks and Saturdays:
      • Week of January 6 (Practice time will be between 5:30 – 8:30pm)
      • Saturday, January 11 (Practice time will be between 8:30 am – 6:30 pm)
      • Week of January 13 (Practice time will be between 5:30 – 8:30pm)
      • Saturday, January 18 (Practice time will be between 8:30 am – 6:30 pm)

      • Week of January 27 (Practice time will be between 5:30 – 8:30pm)
    • A team-by-team practice schedule will be announced and shared once registration closes and teams are created.
