Open to grades 1 – 8, Youth Flag Football will follow the NFL Flag Football curriculum. NFL FLAG leagues are no contact, giving youth of all abilities a chance to develop their fundamental football skills in a positive, inclusive environment.

The flag football program is structured so that kids can discover the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, and friendship—both on and off the field.

Teams will play up to two games each week.

• Finish Date: Saturday, October 11

No Request Policy

• The Skagit Valley Family YMCA does not take requests for teams.
• Teams will be formed by using the following criteria:
  • Age or grade (depending on season or sport).
  • School the individual attends.
  • If home schooled, location of the individual’s home.
  • If age or grade appropriate, siblings will be placed on the same team.
