Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body
Please join retired Dr. Virginia Simnad on September 18th in the Community Room from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM (Doors open at 12:30 PM) for a presentation on Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body. Identify how certain behaviors affect our brains and bodies and learn strategies for healthy decision-making in the following areas: Sleep, Smoking, Mental Health, Physical Activity, Nutrition, and Cognitive Engagement.
Dr. Simnad is a retired Neurologist and current volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association.
