Healthy Living for your Brain and Body w/ Virginia Simnad
Lunch and Learn with Virginia Simnad, MD, (Retired Neurologist and Volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association) Wednesday June 25, 2025, 1 – 2 PM in the Community Room.
Join us for Virgina’s presentation ‘Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body’, the first in a three part series. The second and third presentations will be held in the fall of 2025. Dr. Simnad will discuss all aspects of healthy living for all of you including sleep, mental health, diet and exercise. As a practicing Neurologist, her specialty was Multiple Sclerosis. Join us and learn about ways to continue and improve healthy habits!
