Organ Clocks and Biological Age
Are you older than your birthday? Join Virginia Simnad, MD, MSc, retired board-certified neurologist, for an engaging presentation on the science of mosaic aging. Research using artificial intelligence shows that the body ages through multiple organ clocks, each progressing at a different pace. Learn why biological age matters more than chronological age, how aging cells affect overall health, why the brain plays a critical role in longevity, and how mitochondria influence energy and aging. The program concludes with three evidence-based lifestyle strategies to support healthier aging from the inside out.
