YMCA Personal Training is a one-on-one or small group sessions with a personal fitness trainer. Personal training sessions can be provided virtually upon request.
What is Virtual Personal Training?
A certified personal trainer will evaluate your current health and fitness level. Then design a workout program especially for you. All done online, utilizing the equipment and common household items you have, from the comfort and safety of your own home. Your personalized plan will include instruction on cardiovascular exercise, strength training, flexibility and advise on nutrition.
What is a session like?
Each session will incorporate the following.
1. Proper warm up
2. Personalized strength training
3. Cool down and stretching
4. One on one coaching and advice

Small Group Personal Training
Our Trainers will lead your group (that you’ve pre determined) through a variety of exercises incorporating bodyweight training, functional training, and more. Draw from the energy of your group as you push yourself for real results!
Small Group Personal Training is open to all members and small groups can be made of 2, 3, or 4 people. We recommend picking your friends and/or family members that have common goals or ability levels.
