YMCA Personal Training is a one-on-one session with a personal fitness trainer. Personal training will be offered with additional social distancing protocols in place at this time or you can request virtual sessions.
What is Virtual Personal Training?
A certified personal trainer will evaluate your current health and fitness level. Then design a workout program especially for you. All done online, utilizing the equipment and common household items you have, from the comfort and safety of your own home. Your personalized plan will include instruction on cardiovascular exercise, strength training, flexibility and advise on nutrition.
What is a session like?
Each session will incorporate the following.
1. Proper warm up
2. Personalized strength training
3. Cool down and stretching
4. One on one coaching and advice
