Meet The Machines
At the Y, we’re here to help you reach your wellness goals. With that in mind, we’ve created Meet The Machines to get you started on the path to success.
Our trained Fitness Staff will take you on a guided tour of the cardio and cable weight machines, show you how to operate the equipment, and explain what you need to know to help you feel comfortable utilizing the Fitness Floor. This is not a Personal Training session.
Youth members ages 8-15 are encouraged to sign up for Meet The Machines before using the equipment on the Fitness Floor. Youth members ages 8-12 need to be accompanied by an adult while participating in Meet The Machines.
