Teen programming at the Skagit Valley Family YMCA provides young people with a safe, supportive space to grow into confident, capable leaders. Our programs emphasize character development, teamwork, and responsibility, and giving teens practical skills they can carry into school, work, and beyond.
Our programs also ensure that young people feel seen, valued, and supported during a critical stage of development. Whether it’s leadership training, health and wellness opportunities, or service-learning projects, these experiences help teens explore their passions and discover their potential in a positive environment.
By providing pathways for growth, the Y helps teens build confidence, develop essential life skills, and form a sense of belonging. In turn, these programs prepare teens not just for success today, but for a future where they can thrive as leaders, role models, and engaged community members.
