Virtual Classes

  1. Virtual Classes are hosted via Zoom. Instructors will email the class invite and password. Class registration opens 72 hours before class and registration ends 2 hours before class starts.

Please call 360.336.9622 or email [email protected] to update our membership profile. We will need your first name, last name and date of birth to confirm your account.

Tips for toning and strengthen your body with exercises that target muscles of the abs, back, legs, and other major muscle groups with anything you have or can find at home.  If you have weights/bands, great! If not, you can use body weight, soup cans, milk containers filled with water, etc. Yoga & Pilates classes will only require a mat. Even a beach towel will work! Yoga strap or belt recommended.
