How to log into your YMCA Account
To log onto your YMCA account page:
- Open a web browser page and go to the Skagit YMCA website (www.skagitymca.org)
- We recommend using a computer to update your account, as the mobile version isn’t as user-friendly.
- In the top right corner of the page, click on “Log In”
- Input your username/email address and password to log in. Click “Remember Me” so that you remain logged in for next time.
- The email address is the same one you used to set up your membership.
- If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” and a link will be sent to your email to reset it.
- If you continue to have issues with logging in, contact the Welcome Center.
- Click “Submit”
- You will be brought to your YMCA account page, with menu items at the top including “Account,” “Invoices,” “Payment Methods,” “Programs,” “Unpaid,” “Donations,” and “Scheduling.”

How to update your payment method
To update your payment method:
- Once you’ve logged into your account, click on tab “Payment Methods”
- Select “+ Add New Method”
- Input your name, billing address, and appropriate information for the new billing method you’re adding.
- Click the box “Use for membership auto draft” if you’d like this payment method to be used to pay for membership fees
- Click “Save”

How to pay unpaid dues or fees
To pay unpaid fees/dues:
- Once you’re logged into your account, click on the “Unpaid” tab.
- In the table on this page, your outstanding dues will be listed.
- At the far-right side of the table, click on “Pay.”
- A pop-up box will appear and give you the option to pay Now or pay Later
- To pay Now, click the blue button with the amount owed
- To pay Later, click on the “Later” button. You can set up payments to be billed on the due date or via weekly/biweekly/bimonthly/monthly payments. (This does not change the day you’re drafted on)
- Once you’ve selected when you’d like to make your payment, you’ll be asked to select your payment method. Select the credit card or bank that you’d like to make your payment from.
- If paying via credit card, make sure it is up to date and not expired!
- You’ll be shown a final confirmation page. If all looks good, click “Submit.”
- You can view your receipts by clicking on the “Invoices” tab.

How to create an account
- Download/Open the app
- Tap the “Log In | Sign Up” button.
- On the following page, you’ll see a “Create Account” button. Tap this button and fill out the required fields. Tap “Create” when finished.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions on the following screen.
- Create an EGYM account on the next page.
- You’re in!
How to update your profile
- From the “Home” page of the app, tap on the little circle in the top lefthand corner.
- Tap “App Profile.”
- From here, you can edit your name, gender, birthday, height, and weight. Additionally, you can add a profile picture if you’d like!
- Tap “Save” in the top righthand corner when finished.
How to set up your barcode for scanning in
- Open the app.
- Tap the button in the top righthand corner that looks like a barcode.
- From here, you can either input the number listed on your scan card or use the “Scan Barcode” feature, in which you use your mobile device’s camera to scan the code.
- Tap “Save” when finished. You can now check in to the Y using the barcode on your app!
How to log/track a workout
Option 1: Using the “+” button:
- Tap the “+” button in the top righthand corner.
- Tap “Track Workout”
- On the ensuing page, enter the day and time of your workout.
- Select the exercise(s), classes, or activities that you completed as part of the workout you’ve completed by tapping the “+
button next to each exercise. You can look up exercises by using the search bar at the top of the screen.- The app includes all the cardio and cable weight machinery we have at the Y, as well as lots of other equipment, body weight exercises, and activities that you can complete from wherever you are!
- Not sure how to do a certain exercise? Many of the exercises that you can select/discover have short animations that demonstrate how to do the proper movement of the activity.
- After you’ve selected the exercises that are part of your workout, tap “Start” at the bottom of the screen.
- On the ensuing page, you can record the number of sets, weight, or time that you did of each activity. When finished, tap “Complete Workout.”
Option 2: From the “Wellness” page:
- Go to the Wellness Page.
- Under the “Latest Activity” section, tap on “+ Log Workout”
- Repeat steps 3-6 listed above
How to connect a 3rd party app
- From the “Home” page of the app, tap on the little circle in the top lefthand corner.
- Tap “Connected Apps.”
- From here, you can turn on the apps you’d like to connect to the app. You may be asked to grant access from the 3rd party app to share data with the Skagit YMCA app.
- You can also connect Apple Health to the app as an additional way to track your health data within our app.
How to participate in a challenge
- Periodically, our fitness team will push out challenges to participate in.
- Challenges can be accessed from the Home page and Wellness page.
- Tap on the challenge you’re interested in joining. You can see the dates of the challenge, the activities required, goals of the challenge and additional notes or instructions from our fitness team.
- Click “Join Challenge” at the bottom of the page of the challenge you’ve selected.

How to sign up for classes/programs
- Once you’re logged into the app, tap the “Class Schedule” button listed on the home page.
- The YMCA website will load with the class schedule page pulled up. Tap “Menu” in the top right corner.
- From here, tap “Log In” and input your Skagit YMCA account credentials.
- After logging in, you’ll be able to sign up for classes like you normally do on the website. You’ll remain logged in and won’t need to re-log ono your account. Additionally, you’ll be able to sign up for programs (Ex. Swim lessons, youth sports) from the Programs button on the “Community” tab.
How to view your BioAge, achievements, ranking
- Once you’re logged in, go to the “Progress” tab.
- On this page, you can view your Activity Level ranking (which is determined by any workouts you complete and the # of calories you burn), your BioAge (which is determined by data that you input for your Strength, Cardio, and Metabolism), and your ranking at our Y (based on the # of activity points you accrue each month). Additionally, you can set goals in the “Goal Center” button related to Calorie, Time, or Distance goals you have.
